"I’ve been using this on walks and..."
I’ve been using this on walks and the battery just doesn’t last. It doesn’t seem to charge properly either, so it ends up dying on me pretty much every time. What’s the point if it can’t even make it through one walk??

I’ve tried a few training tricks before, but this worked way faster than I expected. My dog is stubborn, and compared to how he was before, he’s listening so much better now.

"Warranty claim got stuck behind policy excuses"
I reached out for help with my warranty claim and expected it to be straightforward, but it ended up taking way too long. Customer service kept pointing to policies instead of actually helping me get it resolved, which was really frustrating. I get that there are rules, but it felt like they used them as an excuse to avoid doing much

"Better range than I expected, with a couple weak spots"
I wasn’t expecting the range to be as solid as it is around my fields, but it’s been good overall. The signal stays steady most of the time, which was a nice surprise. I did run into a few dropouts near the thicker trees, so it’s not perfect, but it’s still better than what I figured I’d get.

"Worked fine at first, but the battery gave out fast"
It worked okay in the beginning and I was hoping it would hold up for a while, but the battery died way sooner than I expected and now I’m kind of disappointed because it seemed decent at first but just didn’t last long enough...
